Tuesday's poem "Wisdom"

Wisdom

common sense
isn't so common
wisdom is supreme

seek it like the deer
that's panting
for the stream

wisdom can't be bought
nor can it be sold
won't discriminate
between the young and old

yet we all should find her
we all should plainly see
the more we close our mouths
the wiser we will be
